02:35 Not that I know of only in Itunes and then I burn them to a disc to make sure if the computer crashed I'd still have them. I am the one who did It obviously, but I didn't know I was doing that.
02:37 format with what your settings are currently doing is to download a file converter to change your files into mp3's and then try to convert a file. If it says that it's an mp3, then you know that it is, but at this point, I strongly recommend talking to the people who handle iTunes support.

Some versions of iTunes will even tell you what kind of file format it is in. The only way I could see to find out whether or not these are in mp3 \

I went to a Shop on line seminar today and they gave us a mp3 player but I 'm not messing everything else up for it. Thats probably why they gave these away instead of an actual I pod or something
